I have many years of experience consulting across both public and private sector to organisations of all sizes, and a strong track record in establishing valued partnerships with Clienrs. My key relationships exist in HR and Executive functions, and I love being able to work collaboratively with Clients to help understand and solve their key people challenges.I currently lead the Customer Acquisition team of our Career Transition business across APAC. We refer to our business as JobAccelerator, powered by Hudson and we specialise in career guidance through expert coaching and ‘on demand’ personalised technology content and tools. We are Australian owned and constantly investing in our product offering to ensure we are meeting our customer needs and addressing key issues. What I love most about my role is the sheer number of human connections I get to make, the burdens I get to share with both clients and customers of our service and the joy we all experience when great outcomes are achieved, despite the challenges. With a background in psychology and business, I bring a mix of compassion, science and commercial practicality to my client engagements.
