I determine training requirements for specific job functions, and develop training programs and training materials necessary for effecting the actual onsite and offsite training. I conduct research necessary to develop and revise training courses, curriculum and training programs. Scenarios and exercises must be designed to maximize student participation and be directly linked to course material.
