I am currently a third-year student at Kennesaw State University, majoring in English, with a minor in Korean. As an intern at Hanwha Advanced Materials, I am gaining valuable insight with working with employees of a wide variety of positions, and I am able to view lessons of great importance from communicating with my coworkers within the company, from workplace safety - which is especially important as we work with engineering and handling dangerous equipment for creating necessary parts in solar panels - to resolving conflicts, as well as even keeping strict organization for smooth information flow between departments. Strong communication will help a company thrive, whether it be between employees or departments within the company, or between customer and provider of a good/service.
