Trinity Clemens is a Grand Rapids, Michigan native. Professionally, I have over 10 years of experience in Nonprofit Administration/ Operations and 15 years of experience working with and empowering at-risk youth. I am an active Administrative serve partner at Revolution Christian Ministries (Revolution Culture Movement). I currently provide leadership and oversight as a Program Manager at Family Futures for the Resources Against Violent Encounters (RAVE) program and Partnership Management for one of the agency’s largest Early Childhood partnerships (Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative); I have also held the position of Program Operations Manager at the same agency. I am a certified Trainer of Youth Work Management with the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality and a certified trainer for Kent County Human-Trafficking Taskforce. In previous positions, I have served as a: Program Director for Girls Incorporated, a Community Schools Coordinator for Kent Services Schools Network, and a Youth Specialist with Kent County Juvenile Detention. I specialize in taking things from Good-to-Great and ensuring the proper tools are in place for greater outcomes. It's in my DNA to take something that might be struggling/ dying and turn it around, positioning it for Greatness.
