As General Manager of Retail Sales and Customer Relations, I use best business practices to coach my team to achieve individual and team sales goals. It brings joy to my soul when someone has gone from the start of their career/business to traveling along the journey of business growth and stability. Guests, consumers, and clients have purchasing power, and they will continuously purchase with whom they feel most reflects their interests and values.
