Youth and Adult Sports Aquatics Therapeutic Recreation Ballfields Allocation

Responsible for coordinating the club water polo team by planning tournaments, scheduling practices, applying for permits, creating registration and advertisements, evaluating coaches, and making the club run smoothly for coaches, athletes, and parents. Responsible for interviewing and selecting part-time personnel; supervises assigned part-time staff, including preparing and scheduling work assignments.Assists in preparing and administering program budget; maintains supply and equipment inventory as needed. Answers inquiries and provides other services to the public.Volunteers in other recreation programs for the city including the program for people with disabilities, senior center events, teen/youth sports camp, and the food bank distribution.

Responsible for gathering, completing, identifying and screening all patients for information related to an admission or registration.Correctly identifies insurance data in the HIS system to ensure proper billing information is documented.

Worked with high school students to teach them the fundamentals of water polo, showing the importance of being a team and helping them understand how to prioritize school, extracurricular activities and a sport. Planned twenty four games each season by coordinating with other schools coaches and referees.
