An internship that focuses on providing learning services and child care to low-incomeelementary students through an after school program (Grades Kindergarten-Fifth Grade). Duties include educating students on proper fitness and nutritional values as well as evaluating behavior skills in their everyday lives. Also able to work with children with disabilities within the classroom/playground setting. Hold conferences with parents/students to discuss behavioral concerns and education programs to help at home or in the classroom.
