I am an Animal and Poultry Sciences major on the production and business track with an equine emphasis. I have grown up with horses and have lots of experience working with them. I also have experience working as a sales representative, a secretary, and as kitchen staff at a boy scout camp. I previously worked as a waitress the past two Summers. I was a scout throughout high school and gained many leadership skills and other lifelong skills that can be used in all fields, along with obtaining the Summit award which is equivalent to Eagle. Also, I have my firefighter 1 and hazmat ops certifications. I am in the process of obtaining an Equine Breeding Seminar Series Certification. I hope to apply for the KEMI internship next year and participate in that.
