Maintaining coordination between the kitchen, sushi bar, front of house, and the guests. Ensuring dishes meet restaurant standard before being sent out to guests while maintaining the timing between various dishes.

Through the City of West Sacramento in conjunction with River City High School, I completed two summer internships serving as a camp counselor for a free theater-arts camp for middle schoolers called Camp Yampa. I mentored the students on how to be confident in the art they create so they can share it with their community. I also assisted in remodeling a preschool and attended multiple training sessions with professionals on how to best serve America's current workforce environment through the internship.
