As Manager of Marketing Services, I manage a team of Marketing Coordinators and the workflow supporting email and direct mail. I assist in leading new business efforts and client engagements while keeping up with emerging trends and relevant technology. I am responsible for driving company revenue by managing operations for email and direct mail marketing programs. This includes monitoring retention through strategic goal-planning and consistent team check-ins. I work closely with various departments to optimize budgetary and strategic goals. I am tasked with developing and tracking KPIs to align with operational and strategic goals. In addition to email and direct mail, I work with other Marketing Services teams to ensure synergy in product offerings.

As the Digital Performance Manager, I serve as the one point of contact for all matters with the dealerships and oversee the performance of each digital marketing product that is contracted. I am reliable for creating ties between cross-product efforts and finding ways to maximize the dealer's ROI. I am responsible for analyzing the productivity of each product and analyze each product's performance to map out future success. The successes of the products are measured through internal team calls, consistent communication with the dealership, a monthly digital analysis of product performance with the dealership, on-site visits, and Google Analytics. My goal is to help the dealer succeed in all aspects of the digital and marketing world while providing the best results for the dealer’s investment.

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, I managed dealership marketing via email, paid per clicks, and through equity mining. I work closely with the design team to practice email best practices and work under a variety of OEM compliance rules. I work to identify and execute dealership goals in sales, service, and equity. Through the various efforts, I analyze campaign results with the help of Google Analytics to plan for future marketing and map out success. I also meet with other DDS Marketing Specialists as a mentor and provide feedback/suggestions to better the team as a whole.
