- Create interactive onboarding content for 5 user personas in Bottom Line's Learning Management System (LMS) with content authoring & multimedia tools.
- Host live product training sessions for Microsoft 365 tools. Craft asynchronous learning paths for all staff containing learning objectives, training videos, quizzes, and user feedback surveys.
- Co-edit the Instructional Design Guide.
- Support maintenance through requests fulfillment, feature enhancements, and product bug tickets.
