Technical Product Specialist, National Team
CurrentProduct Training & Maintenance• Create interactive onboarding content for 5 user personas in Bottom Line's Learning Management System (LMS) with content authoring & multimedia tools.• Host live product training sessions for Microsoft 365 tools. Craft asynchronous learning paths for all staff containing learning objectives, training videos, quizzes, and user feedback surveys.• Co-edit the Instructional Design Guide.• Support maintenance through requests fulfillment, feature enhancements, and product bug tickets. • Lead stakeholder and content creation working group meetings.Product Ticketing Support, Business Requirements Development, & Vendor Communication:• Provide tier I AutoTask ticket support for the LMS suite of tools.• Troubleshoot bugs and submit feature requests in coordination with product vendors.• Write and organize user stories for Jira tickets in the Product Roadmap Scrum Board.• Attend product vendor meetings and participate in vendor webinars regarding feature releases.Tech Stack Optimization:• Assist with streamlining Bottom Line's product ecosystem by researching, visualizing, and documenting the organization's tech stack.• Develop business and technical requirements for the multi-phase Tech Stack project.• Collect product data across teams and use cases through user interviews. Visualize product data by synthesizing a tech stack visual containing 100+ items in Canva.• Collaborate and create key documents to share with users (e.g. one-pagers, user guides, courses) for product onboarding and education.
