I was responsible for keeping records of phone calls, emails, and all documentation. entering them into various platforms including the client claims database, Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and XactAnalysis. Additionally, I examined and appropriately labeled claim photos. Throughout these tasks, I maintained a consistent track record of meeting deadlines while swiftly addressing any concerns from insurance companies, insured individuals, contractor personnel, and my colleagues, ensuring efficient resolution.

I assisted with the archiving of the SuperPurposes multimedia library, diligently researching and digitally cataloging all published articles, interviews, and podcasts produced by the company. I was also a writer and editor of the company newsletter.

I served as the link between the senior management and employees, handling tasks such as addressing inquiries, communicating decisions, and resolving any conflict related to work. I maintained and archived the drivers’ handwritten paperwork with their miles, time, and other towing information. The paperwork was examined for legitimacy before I accurately inputted it into our management software system. The physical copy of the paperwork is filed and stored away for future reference.
