Duties included managing the floor plan before opening, assigning employees to stations, pre-mapping reservation list, inventory, ordering, stocking, controlling 911 emergency situations (burglary, customer health emergency), handling all customer requests and complaints, problem solving, filing all appropriate paperwork and making sure restaurant fulfilled health code requirements at all times, Proper accounting and filing of all moneys at end of each business day, updating website content, keeping books up to date, making proper orders and plans for all events, and ensuring all customers and employees experience at restaurant a safe and satisfying one.
