Client: Department of Justice (DOJ)Role: Functional Business Process Analyst Trinity supports the Department of Justice (DOJ) in implementing the United Financial Management System (UFMS) to improve its financial and acquisition management performance. As a Senior member of the Business Transformation team Ms. Sheppard is responsible for developing and delivering familiarization sessions, learning labs, and training sessions to DOJ components. Revising and maintaining the Business Process documentation deliverable. Providing post migration on-site support and leading in developing desk-side reference material for DOJ components.

Client: National Science FoundationRole: Business Analyst While working with the National Science Foundation Ms. Sheppard contributed to the IBM team that verified and validated (V&V) NSF’s FY 2015 performance measurement goals. Ms. Sheppard’s responsibilities included preparing and conducting interviews with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing data, collaborating with team members, and assembling the main report document. Ms. Sheppard’s experience in client facing projects, writing and communication skills, and Microsoft Visio experience aided in the team’s ability to successfully deliver the V&V report that will be submitted to Congress.

April 2014 - June 2015Client: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services - Healthcare Integrated General Ledgering Accounting System (HIGLAS)Role: Hosting & Operations Contract (HOC) Delivery Administrator Was responsible for tracking, reviewing, and delivering, all project deliverables. She was responsible for preparing meeting materials. Her duties also included creating several status reports. These reports were used in client meetings, which she attended and participated in. In addition to Ms. Sheppard’s weekly duties she led the creation of three Quarterly Program Reviews. She also supported the Risk & Issue Manager, to ensure that risks and issues were accurately logged, tracked, and mitigated. Role: HOC Administrative Project Manager Ms. Sheppard supported the Hosting Delivery Project Executive with coordination and management of hosting activities. Her responsibilities included maintaining an infrastructure asset list. Tracking versions of all system software and firmware assets deployed in HOC. Managing infrastructure enhancements and scheduled changes or incidents. Ms. Sheppard also assisted the Business Operations Manager in creating documentation for a system upgrade. Which included building the labor estimates and compliance matrices. Also, gathering skills in technical proposal writing. She also grew her skills in Microsoft Excel while creating weekly labor reports.October 2013-April 2014Client: Transportation Security Administration - TSA Secure FlightRole: Junior Systems EngineerWhile working on the TSA Secure flight project Ms. Sheppard’s responsibilities included assisting Senior Systems Engineers in working with stakeholders or developers. Her mission was to ensure operational and business requirements which were met while deploying or configuring projects. Ms. Sheppard also took the initiative to learn how to code in Python to assist the Senior Engineers in creating a program that would help organize future team documents.

She attended Earned Value Management training and participated in various team meetings to asses client needs and develop potential resolutions. Ms. Sheppard processed security related requests using GRANT and Heat Systems according to Credit Agricole Policies and Procedures.She was responsible for maintaining the amount of expired GRANT requests/removals by alerting team managers and provided monthly analysis of expired GRANT requests/removals. Ms. Sheppard controlled and supported end users requests for access to all company applications. She performed periodic review of users access definitions to ensure they were current and conformed with bank standards. She provided technical support to company employees requiring security related assistance. She participated in IT Security department meetings to discuss the status of IT security projects. Ms. Sheppard also, designed posters for the IT Security awareness campaign.

While working at Saks Ms. Sheppard performed daily QA operations. She tested for errors inweekly site updates for Saks.com and alerted developers of any issues.
