I am currently studying a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in marketing and finance at RMIT University. I am also working casually at Lake Dewar Discover Lodge YMCA as a Program Officer by instructing student and adults to further grow their skills in teamwork, leadership, resilience, and communication by facing challenging activities.I have previously worked as a Shift Manager at McDonalds where I lead a team of staff to achieve food and customer targets to meet company KPIs. While also resolving customer complaints and ensuring that the customers are left happy to ensure customer loyalty. By working at McDonalds, it provided an extreme amount of knowledge in leadership, communication, productivity, time management and customer service. While studying, I have also volunteered to help a local cafe to further grow their digital marketing strategy and promote their brand through a new website. As Marketing is something that I wish to get into after my studies, by collaborating with a company allowed me to further my knowledge and skills related to digital marketing in hopes to continue to work in that field.
