Subsequently, achieved a reduction of $20Mil in inventory value for 2014-2016 without impact to productivity.•Aided with the transformation Elipse to SAP ERP including rollout of SAP MM and end user training.•Utilised SAP MM to provide accurate and up-to-date reporting on key areas such as purchasing, goods received, material storage and movements, vendors spend, and to identify surplus stock.
