I'm a mother of 5 and a wife. Love children, health, and educating myself and others. Love to help and show others how to get to a better way of life. I love empowering women and giving children someone to look up to. I'm a teacher for children, a coach to teens and adults, and a trainer for adults. I coach and train for Life, Health, Business, Relationships, and Finance. I have many hats I continue to grow into daily. Everyone is a work in progress. Live life to the fullest extent.
