During my time at The University of Georgia, I worked to gain experience in how businesses cultivate culture and how individuals working behind the scenes impact the customer experience. I have an energetic passion for helping people enjoy their workday and do their job efficiently. I have strong organizational skills, manage my time strategically, and have a thorough appreciation for the discipline needed to tackle new challenges.I best serve an office by identifying inefficiencies and shortcomings in current processes and consulting with the staff to create a solution. I have experience managing HIPAA and OIG compliance, managing onboarding systems, IT coordination and escalation, developing training plans, limited experience in employee health insurance, and small-scale daily office operations.
