  As a Human Resources Intern at Air Tahiti Nui, I am responsible for supporting the HR manager in a range of HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the HR department. My key responsibilities include:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and participating in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.- Employee Relations: Supporting employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, assisting in conflict resolution, and helping to maintain a positive work environment.- HR Administration: Managing HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and assisting with various HR projects and initiatives.- Marketing Initiatives: Shadowing and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote the unique culture of Air Tahiti Nui.Through this role, I am gaining valuable experience in human resources as well as exploring marketing, while also immersing myself in the vibrant Tahitian culture and the dynamic travel industry.
