Worked with local non-profit and Community Housing Development Organization to design a secondary livingstructure and renovate a dilapidated single family house. This project has been put on hold until further funding can be procured. · Facilitated discussions with CHDO to help them determine what type of design principles to incorporate into the project enabling them to create their aesthetic for this and future projects. · Reviewed construction documents and specifications with the contractor to find ways to decrease cost and implement new building techniques. · Worked with Austin Energy to design a home that would achieve a 5-star rating.

Worked with non-profit dedicated to introducing high school students to promising green careers, to helpestablish their first in school projects.
