•Oversee all marketing efforts including social media, print ads, mail, and community outreach.•Website development and maintenance, etc.•Videography and photography for website, drink menus, events, and social media outlets.•Event planning & management for the entire 14,500 sq. ft. venue. Including but not limited to; Pop-Up Fitness Classes, Tasting Events, Holiday Parties, Birthday Parties, and Community Organization Gatherings.•Social Media planning, collaboration, and management.•Coordinate all live entertainment for the venue. Including but not limited to; DJs, Trivia Hosts, Magicians, and Acoustic Musicians.•Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of all staff for The Factory Bar.•Liaison between the multiple micro-restaurants and expansive craft cocktail bar which encompass the venue.

•Gather, organize, and categorize content from the business owner.•Plan and schedule posts for Facebook and Instagram feeds to post twice a week.•Edit and optimize original content prior to posting for the public.

•Original content creation accentuating the brand.•Photo and video coverage of products and events at the storefront.•Consultation regarding page optimization and post planning patterns.

•Manage front-of-house staff of 5-20 individuals at any given time.•Ensure customer satisfaction and proper transfer of information.•Weekly ordering and inventory duties.•Daily cash handling, accounting, and communication regarding finances.•Set up and lead shift leader meetings, ensuring a cohesive work environment.

•Maintain updated information on all social media platforms.•Create unique and original content to stimulate a following for a new team.•Maintain an audience during the off-season by creating fun and informative content.

•Create original content for paid ads used at three of Florida's largest University campuses.•Facilitate a partnership between Zupp and two bar/restaurant venues.•Host social events for Zupp members that included games, giveaways, and social marketing.
