• Problem solving for Radiologists, technologists, referring physicians, and patients • Gather data and combine feedback on Technicians and Radiologists for QA purposes • Updating & troubleshooting PACS and reporting system • Call STAT reads and pertinent positives to our referring physicians on behalf of our radiologists• Creative problem solving with leadership and Operations team• Answer general questions around reporting and tests

• Collaborate with a team of clinicians to provide exemplary healthcare services to aide in the diagnosis & treatment of all patients• Prepare patients for radiological procedures and perform radiologic exams following establishedprotocols for safety• Work in the capacity of a patient services representation through completing patient registration,fulfilling all administrative duties, & receiving and triaging patient complaints and feedback

• Perform vascular & neurological interventional procedures in conjunction with physicians & nurses• Operate required imaging equipment and serve as a technical resource to the procedural team• Ensure proper safety standards are met for compliance with department policies, HIPAA guidelines,radiation safety standards, and joint commission regulations

• Training Coordination I work with educators and local business executives to develop and implement effective & concise training programs geared towards members of our organization. These programs ranges from lead worker/supervisory specific training, to customer service and leadership. Schedule creation and management play large roles, roughly ten programs are ran one to three times during a one-semester period, and I coordinate with over a dozens instructors to carry those schedules out smoothly. Collaboration with my co-workers is key when it comes to sales and marketing - both items I am lucky enough to have support with. I am physically present at the start of each individual training session to set up the classrooms in our facilities, including advanced technical support with audio/visual technology. • Co-working Space Management The chamber has a second building I manage, it houses both our training center and a co-working space, titled The Catalyst. Not only do I work with & support current Catalyst members to ensure their satisfied with their membership experience, but I also collaborate with the chambers marketing team to target and bring in new members. • Specialized business services I work together with my immediate colleague to assist our chamber-member business with any services they need. Some examples include employee hiring assessments to employee opinion surveys. We have carried out surveys for locals company branches, as well as surveys over several branches nation-wide.

• Employee/Client SchedulingMy office provided home health care for 300+ plus clients throughout the entire Philadelphia area, I specifically managed a team of roughly 20 healthcare providers that covered the north half of Philadelphia. • Medicare/Medicaid ComplianceThese strict regulations influenced all aspects of our daily projects, so knowledge & awareness of them were critical. Any updates to the regulations had to be implemented as well as communicated to all employees on my team, and in my office. • Client Services and Employee ManagementThis encompassed communicating with health care providers, (doctors, hospitals, rehabs,) as well as sister offices, our marketing colleagues, and insurance companies to provide the greatest possible care to our clients and their families. All client and employee concerns and accolades were sent and directed towards me, and I worked to manage & resolve them. Employee encouragement played a large role in retention as well, and it was a high priority to ensure our employees felt valued.

I assist in encouraging alumni participation on campus and donations through event planning & marketing planning. I also work with the Office of Alumni Relations to inspire current students to get involved through recruiting & coordinating volunteersThis internship is heavily focused on event planning.
