Corporate Reporting Services (CRS) Division, (2019 – Present)• Complex Issue Resolution: Provide formal and informal consultations on complex accounting issues arising from the application of accounting standards (IFRS and Local Indonesia GAAP) and capital market regulations. • Financial Statement Review: Navigate the regular financial statement review process as quality assurance. • External Representation: As a representative of the firm, attend external discussions such as large firm meetings and public hearing sessions related to emerging accounting issues. The activity includes preparing technical position papers and comment letters in response to these discussions.• Global Collaboration: Actively participating in monthly global calls within the firm network, contribute tp specific accounting topic working group such as the Financial Instrument, Leasing, Sustainability Reporting, and Revenue Working Group. • Training and Publication: manage the knowledge management process, overseeing the preparation of publications and training materials.• Quality Management Compliance: Oversee day-to-day CRS operations to comply with international standards on Quality Management (ISQM).Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) Division (2016 – Present)• Provided advisory services on accounting for mergers and acquisitions, service concession arrangements, Islamic accounting, and pension fund management.• Led the implementation of new accounting standards, notably IFRS 15, for telecommunication companies.Financial Assurance Team (2013 – 2016)• Provided assurance services for clients in the consumer market and telecommunications sectors.

Pandu has been member of Accounting Department Teaching team since third year at the college. He work closely with the professor in helping the student to understand the theory by solving case study. He has taught several courses such as advance financial accounting, intermediate financial accounting, accounting for manager and quantitative method in business .
