I worked with a surgical oncologist to conduct user research at the university to reiterate the design and product, in order to scale up manufacturing. I created effective marketing and sales strategies based on data collection and analysis. I launched five marketing campaigns through website and social media channels in 2019, for increasing website movements and reservation queries for off seasons. I consulted clients throughout their vacation planning process, and finalized their packages. I also increased our ARR (average room rate) by 20%, and upfront payments to 50% minimum of the total booking. I took 40 calls on average, and up to 100+ during holiday season. I worked with inbound and outbound travel agents to manage queries, and help in booking. I also represented the company at travel trade fairs both internationally (Munich, London, Paris), and nationally (Jaipur, and Delhi).Some other duties: •Coordinated campaigns and marketing strategies with digital media team.•Worked with HR to create job descriptions for Sales and Reservation Employees.•Hired and coordinated with external companies for staff training.
