This Project deal with the construction and establishment of Various Industrial and Logistic Ware-Houses. Responsibilities taken care by me under this project: 1. Analyze and recommend appropriate strategies for all key management issues.2. Conduct planning and budgeting practices to create Project plan containing all facts of the Project. 3. Initiating advanced measures for site preparation and quick inception of construction activities. 4. Leading the project implementation team and training engineers in process of development andstrengthening of control tools for project management and contract administration. 5. Reviewing the material used by contractors for compliance with Bill of Quantities and specificationsand refer to our clients Architect for approval where required and to technical laboratory whereappropriate. 6. Maintaining the site diaries and progress reports as required by the Standard Operating Procedures. 7. Reviewing the existing practice by contractors and make recommendations, where remedial action isrequired, that will increase the safety and quality in all new and reconstruction projects. 8. Assess the work of contractors periodically, measure the completed work and make recommendationsto the Billing Department for payments to contractors. 9. Conduct periodic project review meetings and furnish weekly progress reports to the Seniors

Udaipur Area, India

This project deals with the construction and establishment of various facilities under Smart city Scheme of GOI. Responsibilities taken care by me under this project:  Ensuring overall quality of various running works like construction of Multilevel Vehicle parking, Surface parking, Land capping in Udaipur.  Co ordination with the client to select and finalise locations for the above facilities and sort out the technical problems arriving during the progress of projects.

Vapi

This project deals with the establishment of Industrial chemical plant building at Vapi, Gujrat. Responsibilities taken care by me under this project:  Supervision of pile foundation work for RCC building.  Conducted Integrity test, horizontal load test, vertical load test of piles,  Conducting Slump test of fresh concrete mix at the work site,  Checking of Compressive strength test of concrete cubes at the work site,  Preparation of field report at the work site,  Preparation of contractor’s bill.

Neemrana

This project deals with the Construction of various structures related to Chemical Industry. Responsibilities taken care by me under this project:  Supervision of construction of Propane Gas Storage tank and ESS,  Preparing Bar bending schedule,  Conducting Slump test of fresh concrete mix at the work site,  Checking of Compressive strength test of concrete cubes at the work site,  Preparation of field report at the work site,
