Worked as a Business & Customer Strategy lead for the biggest MarTech account in the company across six different stream for the company. Responsibilities include the following, - Designing business driven use cases, connected customer journey for the digital transformation project for an automobile client which comprises of the following MarTech streams - CDP, SFMC, SFDC, GA360, Data Analytics, SEO. Also, working with the individual streams to drive a use case & ROI driven implementation approach for the client. - Liaison with the customer success lead of the account to design acquisition strategy for any new business on the account.- Building full funnel marketing strategy, project roadmap, customer journey etc for any client in the sales funnel as per the requirement of the sales team. Recently worked on designing persona driven customer journey & MarTech strategy for an international Luxury automobile brand

Worked towards scaling my capabilities towards designing full funnel marketing strategy and increasing ROI for the portfolios I was working on. Worked upon following,- Oversaw first Salesforce DMP implementation for a Auto client in India. Worked partly as an Account Manager and Marketing strategist for the client. Designed critical strategy of building single view using the Salesforce stack.- Worked with the MarTech Director on acquiring the biggest MarTech account for the company, which is one of the biggest Automobile brand of the world. Our solution strategy focused towards building a 3 year MarTech roadmap for an Auto client which included mapping the client's problems against future state solution and infrastructure required.- Worked on a consult project for an upcoming Ed-Tech brand. Designed customer journey & competitive research framework. Also, developed a 3 year marketing strategy for the client which was divided into 3 phases. Focused on clearly outlining the strategy against use cases, marketing funnel goals, tools, their ROIs etc.

Joined the newly formed MarTech (Marketing Technology) team of Merkle Sokrati and underwent training in key MarTech technologies like DMP, CDP, Web Analytics, CRM etc. Worked upon following,- Worked as an Account Manager for a media entertainment client. The project was built upon MDP and my responsibility was to derive insights from existing media, organic and video campaigns that were running for any particular movie, mine audience sentiments and fixing gaps in the creatives strategy, digital marketing journey. Worked with the client for three Bollywood movies, out of which two were able to gross 100Cr. during their run.- Worked as a DMP Analyst for a banking client. The objective of the project was to implement Adobe Audience Manager (Adobe DMP) for the client, build audience strategy and drive personalisation for customers who had pre-approved loans against their name.- Worked with Sales team, MarTech Director to design pre-sales marketing solution for multiple brands belonging to various vertical like, Auto, Banking, Insurance, FMCG etc. One of the wins was working on getting the biggest DMP account for the company.

Joined Accenture as a fresher and underwent training in Java. Was tagged to work for an international telecom giant in the capacity of Full Stack Developer. My responsibilities were to write codes to design modules as per the requirement of the client. I also up skilled myself in Scala and migrated an existing project from Java to Scala which helped in decreasing code processing time considerably. Languages worked upon were Java, Scala, AngularJS, HTML, SQL.

Worked on a FinTech startup, the idea of which centred around building a marketplace for NBFCs and MSMEs. We worked upon designing an effective credit scoring system for MSMEs which NBFCs would use to determine the worthiness of the loan application.
