Performed interior and exterior painting, which includes wall repair and paint removal in coordination with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradesmen on new and renovated construction; Performed some carpentry; Understand and familiar with different construction trades; and Assessed, submitted bids, and completed independent side projects for both residential and business uses.

Operated numerous landscaping tools and machinery; Specialized in the installation of high-end drip irrigation systems; and Possess basic knowledge of landscape planning for residential areas and different types of plant species used in landscaping.

Constructed a variety of custom chairs and other furniture, and worked with many different power tools; and Installed high-grade wooden floors, decks, and finish carpentry in both residential and business units.

Oversaw and completed installations of custom automatic gate systems; Specialized in the use of welding equipment and finish metal work; Assisted in several housing construction projects, which included laying foundation, framing walls, putting up dry wall, and painting; and Installed electrical outlets, light switches, and overhead lighting.
