As CINO of Knowbly (née Metrodigi), I was responsible for the oversight of all technology and architecture for our flagship and ancillary products, as well as numerous R&D projects. As both a soloist and supervisor, I took projects from conception to deployment -- from prototypes and proofs of concepts, to full production releases -- all in service to solving for customer success, productivity, and growth. Included amongst these projects were various content authoring tools, analytics and dataviz systems, plugins for major third-party platforms (Microsoft, Canvas, D2L, Unity3D), interactive learning tools (e.g. assessments, simulations, games), social and e-commerce eLearning spaces, web accessibility, and more.Additionally, I had oversight of our Learning & Instructional Design/Development departments, helping the team devise solutions both for our own products and in our professional services work.Our customers included innovators in the online and digital learning space such as Apple, Microsoft, Pearson, Macmillan Learning, Cengage/National Geographic Learning, Arizona State University and more.
