Assisting customers with previous purchases that are faulty or products they did not like. Trouble shooting the product to see what is wrong with it, and provide the customer with a solution on what would suit their needs. Ranging from a new product, giving their money back, or suggesting a better solution to the problem they are encountering. In a few cases would try and help calm a customer down who was upset.

Assisted Military personal do their taxes. Ensured the quality of all taxes prepared by my co-workers were correct. Communicated directly with the IRS to see if there were any new directives out, and to help set up more training for the tax center. Working as a Patrolman I would ensure the overall security of the base, apprehending or writing citations to people who violated regulations.
