Through experiencing moments of profound awe, I've learned that we are never alone, even when things seem unclear.My PhD research is focused on the transformative emotion of awe and its impact on happiness and well-being. Awe can help clear the fog, offering clarity and a sense of connection to something larger than ourselves. This exploration has taken me worldwide, enriching my understanding and deepening my insights into what contributes to our happiness. Whether it is our connection to nature, our environments, workplaces, social connections, or societal systems, I aim to understand their impact on our well-being. I have discovered that well-being is unique to each person; there is no single formula for happiness.Inspired by my research, I founded Uncloud, a platform dedicated to sharing insights, fostering well-being and spreading awe. The mission is to create spaces—in the workplace or the community—where people can find awe and their definition of happiness.
