More than 15 years++ of professional experience in the telco industry where most of them in the Service Operation Center Environment. Well experience in Service Operation & Customer Experience Management, Network Operation Center, Service Assurance for both IT and Telco Operation, Radio Network Design and Project. For the past years, I have been leading the operation analytic team, the main driver for Operation Transformation. We observe the process and coordinate with both IT & Telco L1-L2 teams on how to manage network events & incidents more efficiently and give automation process requirements. With the huge subscribers and complexity of the network, the XL Axiata network operation cannot be managed in the legacy process, therefore the operation transformation is a must.
