CurrentPreparation of daily Audit reports/data.Ensuring the daily Quality KPI and KRA.Ensuring adherence of the Client specified KPIs and reporting.Identifying taking initiative for the improvement of the process pain areas. Plan team activities and drive changes in quality process for overall process improvement.Meeting with the internal team to discuss on process pain areas and improvementWorks with operation team to develop the overall process improvement strategy and quality plan.Coordinate and participation in calibration (process), so that the entire function of the process comes ingagents on process quality.Identification and proper implementation of TNI (Training Need Identification).
