Sourcing active candidates from job boards like Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, JobServe, Corp-Corp, and Sologig• Sourcing passive candidates from search engines like Google, Yahoo, AltaVista and social networking tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Plaxo• Finding contact details for passive candidates from online business directories like Jigsaw and Lead411, and white pages like 411 and Dexonline• Working on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn and CATS • Sending descriptive e-mails to clients that include search criteria for each job order along with search observations and questions, if any• Compiling candidate submittal reports for each job order that include a ranking (Hot/Warm/Okay) for each candidate and a detailed reason for the ranking• Discussing job order challenges with clients over the phone and/or e-mail • Assisting Senior Sourcers in mentoring iPlace Academy trainees
