Talent Engagement & Development :• Interacting with employees on day-to-day basis and resolving issues pertaining to Appraisals, Medicals, Leaves, Compensation, and Loans.• Conducting HR Exit Interview for the employees and updating the same in Sap Hr.• Records updation of employees in SAP. The records are Confirmations, Exits, Progression, and Transfers.• Generating reports on Attrition, Head Count, Appraisal, Quarter reports etc.• Gained Knowledge by working on different initiatives taken at PDC, some of them are Culture Building Exercise, Survey on Transfer, HR Conference, and Training Need Analysis.• Preparing Confirmation, Relieving, Relocation and Salary letters.Transfer & Induction :• Explanation of all the transfer procedures to Transferred Employees• Co-ordinating and taking HR induction for the Transferred as well as New Employees. Training :• Training co-ordination for the Pune Development Centre. • Co-ordinate towards delivering adequate and effective training.• Identifying training expectations of the PDC by doing Training Need Analysis on regular basis. • Collating all the TNA data and sending it to Training department for Improvements, if any.
