Leela Works is a smart AI intern that can send out emails for you, listen in to email discussions and update team knowledge graphs, summarise positions, markup documents and more. Leela can be a force multiplier for sales teams as it performs tasks autonomously, from researching prospects, creating icebreakers, sending out emails and conducting conversations with them over days to weeks.

I'm a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharasthra and Goa licensed to practice across India. I have particular expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating business contracts including software and procurement contracts.

ACS was an IT services and business process outsourcing solutions company based in Dallas, Texas. I worked for their Indian subsidiary based in Bengaluru as part of the contract negotiations department. I was part of a 18 member legal team spread across India and Malaysia that worked very closely with lawyers and leadership team members in the US to review and negotiate customer contracts. My work involved both negotiating with client teams and on their behalf as well in the procurement of software products and services.

Worked on a range of contracts including software services agreements, licensing and maintenance, hardware supply agreements, NDAs. I assisted commercial and technology teams with their negotiations including reviewing and attending meetings with prospective partners and vendors. I initially worked with the telecom procurement team and later with the handsets team. A majority of the work with the handsets team involved drafting and negotiating marketing contracts and handset purchase contracts.

Legal Pundits was a pioneering legal content portal during the height of the dotcom boom and was set up jointly by Haresh Jagtiani and DM Harish & Associates. I joined immediately after graduation as the head of content. My work involved sourcing content from a network of lawyers and writers across the legal community, reviewing, editing and publishing articles on the website. I eventually moved to heading overall operations. This involved exploring partnerships and alliances, hiring, working with the technology team and the content team as part of general operations.

Started during my third year of law school and continued until I graduated. I worked on a range of criminal law matters ranging from murder trials to general litigation. My work involved attending conferences with clients, sessions court and high court proceedings, making notes, drafting documents, maintaining files and researching case law.
