Deputy Manager -Air Import International Freight Forwarding
Current• Co-ordination with overseas agents and partners.• Looking after air import customer service and operation team correspondence on daily activities.• From Arranging the shpt to till the arrival or release of the cargo look after each and everything.• After my HOD I am the second person who will look after the air import department.• Have my own customers which I have added to HTL group.• Rates negotiation with overseas for Shpts, RFQ’s and biding of Moserbaer, Avery Dennison, and NEC India etc from requested sectors.• Make air console shpts.• Always keep posted to clients with their shipments current status on daily basis.• Taking care of all docs required for shpt processing and filing in customs. Strong follow-up with operation staff for manifestation to till shpt processing.• Actively interacting with sales team and Custom House Agents and Forwarders.• Handle nominated shpts also Collect ,DDU & DDP shpts.
