o Responsibilities include: Where the primarily role is to provide Celebrity Associations & Solutions to Brands where in brands are pitched to associate with celebrities for endorsements, launches etc o Co-ordination and execution of contracts and shoots for ad-films, digital marketing video associations and live events of celebrities for brands. Shoot execution and creative follow up. Collect fees, commissions, or other payments, according to contract terms.o Manage business and financial affairs for clients, such as arranging travel, and directing marketing and advertising activities. Obtain information about or inspect performance facilities, equipment, and accommodations to ensure that they meet specifications.o Coordination with the team at the venue for ensuring features of sponsors is integrated into the feed and other sponsored segments.o Coordination with the on-ground team responsible for operations of different sponsor elements.o Managing sponsor hospitality at the venues including ticketing, F&B etc.o Travel to different venues of the events managing the sponsor deliverables o Execute and manage end to end sponsorships strategy with accountability by providing regular reporting and updates to existing clients, sponsorship activation during the league days o Work with VP to advise existing clients on growth initiatives within potential properties and liaise with other agencies and internal divisions as necessary.o Make sure their clients receive the best contract available by using their negotiating skills. o Make connections with people or organizations in order to help propel their clients' career and help promote a client's career or find new gigs for them. o Develop a marketing and promotion strategy for their clients o Negotiate contracts with any individual or organizational that wants to hire their client o Collect fees, commissions, or other payments, according to contract terms.
