I am currently assigned to test and commission the Pavilion Damansara Heights chiller plant with a capacity of 13,600 RT which has Cooling Towers with a capacity of 22,500 HRT. This plant has 10 quantities of York centrifugal chillers which are designed to operate in upstream and downstream, the largest plant I have operated. I will be operating this plant till the end of the Defect Liability Period unless extension contract to operate this plant is received.

I managed the upgrading of Amcorp Tower, PJ Tower and Amcorp Mall air side AHUs with IOT system for further improving the AHU performance while indirectly reducing the chilled water production. This system manages to reduce the cost of operation by approximately 15% per month.

I was attached to the Engineering Department. My job scope was to audit client chiller plants, especially the Motor Control Centre (MCC). I am supposed to audit present electrical energy consumption and re-design the Electrical Single Line Diagram and refurbish the existing electrical system based on additional electrical capacity requirements. I ensure the Electrical works are executed as per design.
