Australian Government baseline security cleared program manager with a proven track record of effectively delivering business benefits in systems integration portfolios specializing in data warehousing and business intelligence. I have been working within utilities and financial services sector and have managed large teams across geographies in a global delivery model. After several years of running off-shore development centers, from a basic staff augmentation perspective, to managing complex system integration deliveries, to driving and implementing lead delivery solutions, I have also successfully managed complex integration programmes from on-site locations. These involved the management of the off-shore delivery team across all its components (development, integration testing, test support, managed services, as well as associated documentation and maintenance of standards).In addition, have also managed non-linear initiatives viz. Flex delivery management based out of India for projects related to Business Intelligence and data warehousing. The primary objective of the entire initiative was to follow an innovative model towards delivery rather than conventional offshore development model. This benefitted both customer and vendor organization to reap benefits of seamless delivery and higher operating margins for projects or programmes executed out of Flex delivery model via shared resources, reusability, training etc.
