ELMS ProjectTurnkey project for Design, Development and Implementation of IT solution for the IT enablement of RIICO project. The project tenure is 3 years and six months with value of Rs 8.30 Cr. Project would be able to accommodate the day- to-day activities and business processes of various functional departments/cells of RIICO such as Land Acquisition and Plot Allotment/ Management, Term Loaning, Financial Accounting, Auctions, Business Development and other Ancillary Activities. It will streamline and automate the business processes of the Corporation to improve quality of service delivery, Back end computerization, Service Delivery Centric to stakeholders and Human Resource Development.

Beverage Supply Chain Information Management System (BSCIMS) for Liquor Sale to be deployed in all 38 depots across Bihar state on smart client architecture. The Project is on BOO basis for 3+2 years. As per scope ESPL is responsible for deploying Operational Manpower for Day to day operational work in all depots during the contract period.
