🔸Responsible for a team of four to seven data migration & integration specialists across three countries, I assist them in their day-to-day operations, ensure coverage for support functions, and assess their performance. I review all their code and maintain the team's source control repository.🔸I schedule the team's projects, during which I assist with issue resolution, requirement gathering, and ensuring delivery meets the timeline. I scope new work to provide estimates while also making suggestions and recommending best practices to our clients.🔸As a change coordinator for our organization I handle the assessment & approval of my teams requests and the review & verification of the changes. I attend the change-advisory board in two regions, and I designed all the templates now used by the company for submitting change requests.🔸Any integration requests I assess and either advise client's in the use of our API or assist with interfaces on their side.🔸 As a bridge between our development team and the DBAs I'm responsible for troubleshooting and assessing failures in Production and determining next steps.

🔸 Started by working on projects migrating client data from competitor's software to our ownEntity Management System offering using established SQL scripts. Through meetings withthe clients and project managers I would identify and fill any gaps delivering revisions basedon feedback. I became responsible for maintaining and improving these migration scripts toaccount for developments in both our and competing software.🔸 Using this knowledge I also provided 2nd level support for the application, taking problemsreported by clients and either documenting them as bugs for the dev team or writing scriptsto solve issues in the data.🔸 As needs saw fit I created .NET applications for use by the team internally to streamlinemigration processes.🔸 To meet client demands that could not be fulfilled through the dev life-cycle I developedtriggers, stored procedures and indexes while ensuring they were deployed and maintained.🔸 For data sources not familiar to our team or unique to clients I created scores of bespokemigrations, working with project managers to revise and deliver on mappings to ensure agood start to the client's relationship with our application.

🔹Worked on an iPad puzzle action game implementing the game sounds, designing many of the levels and the behaviour of the AI opponents using Xcode.🔹Responsible for QA testing the levels, scaling the difficulty and setting the initial leader-board scores on each.🔹Collaborated remotely with the team developing the game through a GitHub repository, I learnt Objective-C and became proficient with Xcode and TestFlight.
