Gantt Aviation sold used airplanes my responsibility was to build brochures with pictures and detailed description of each instrument in the aircraft. As well as purchasing inventories for stocking the airplane such as paper goods drinks refreshments etc. Also included in my responsibilities was picking up clients from the airport, I was the first face they saw that represents the company so customer service was a major issue.

As a DE student in high school I went to work as a cosmetic consultant at Merle Norman Cosmetic. After graduation I found that it was extremely rewarding and I love being in the public so I purchased the business. As owner and operator responsibilities included customer service, advertising, inventory, janitorial work, accounting . The most important of these would be customer service without customers there is no way for you to build a business.
