As Practice Lead - Quality Assurance and Testing, I am ultimately responsible for Test Governance on programs, projects, and the maintenance of business-critical systems. Responsibility includes ensuring our Test Framework and methodology is current, promoted and regularly reviewed for improvement opportunities so that it is fit for purpose.As Test Manager on Programs and Projects of varying size and complexity for Australia's leading infrastructure business, I have extensive expertise in the implementation and management of the entire test effort, including System, System Integration, Acceptance (User and Operational), Regulatory and non-functional testing. Extensive experience with Waterfall, V-Model and agile delivery methodologies. I am ISTQB certified at the Foundation, Advanced Test Analyst and Advanced Test Manager levels, and I am a certified Practitioner in Agile Quality and Advanced Software Test Automation Engineer. I communicate very effectively with a high variety of stakeholders, including senior management, project management, business users and technical resources. I am highly organised with a very strong work ethic, have strong attention to detail and am passionate about software quality.
