The main responsibilities as IT Processes Management role were mainly:Map and document IT operations processes, Gather operational processes (e.g. Manufacturing), Analyse the touching points between both processes. Identify where and how IT management can have a negative outcome in the Manufacturing processes. Also identify when the Manufacturing processes (e.g. maintenance, power supply etc.) can have implications in other Functions like (IT, Finance,, Engineering etc.).Implement a Change Management process in different levels, inter and extra functions, Sites and Regions. During this period I represented General Motors Europe in the GM IT Standard Council, a General Motors Worldwide organization aimed to standardize the software, hardware, and systems used in the company, to achieve: higher homogenization decreasing maintenance costs and purchase costs due higher volumes.During this period I was also appointed as responsible to implement a process called Information Lifecycle Management. This world wide,drop-down implementation project had an direct impact on each employee at Saab Automobile AB.Achievement. The implementation was successful executed in months against planned months. Later on I was appointed to assess the GME Powertrain organisation and help them conduct the implementation of the project in GME Powertrain all sites and the GME Headquarters in Zürich

Project manager of a consolidated IT Backup Management infrastructure for Saab Automobile AbNote* ENX was an pan European Car Industry initiative aimed to create VPN (Virtual Private Network) standards for the car industry. In this work a VPN network was created, called the ENX (Enterprise Network Exchange) which is still in use by BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen Group and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
