My career has covered roles in estate planning, maintenance, infrastructure, project planning & management, estate and project data collection and validation, knowledge information management, contracts and management of , and web design and architecture.I have been privileged to experience and grow in a wide range of roles relating to Estate & Infrastructure and its management. The majority of my career has been with the Department of Defence, across three states and in many diverse regions and roles. This experience has given me a broad knowledge and a diverse skill set in a wide variety of areas with in infrastructure and Defence.My professional experience has allowed me to develop a flexible consultative communication style, giving rise to the capacity to negotiate and reconcile diverse views effectively at all level of customer services. I regularly negotiate work and work description from various type of customers I accept their views. Maintaining responsive communication and strong relationships has helped me build trust and loyalty with customers, each with their own diversity of expectation and has afforded me a solid reputation with colleagues that has nurtured and strengthened my beliefs that working as a part of a of strong customer culture equals success.
