• Maintaining patient records which supports ongoing assessment and monitoring. • Initiating and maintains comprehensive service record for each patient. • Answering phone calls in a friendly and welcoming manner and schedule appointments accordingly. • Collect and maintain patient health, demographic, insurance and financial information. • Greet patients and direct them to examination room. • Working closely and collaborate with the Chiropodist to assist patients and allow clinic to run smoothly• Processing medical billing and insurance documents.

- Supervising call center operations.- Scheduling employees and establishing work schedules.- Encouraging and monitoring employees to create better work environment.

- Educate patients on use of oxygen equipment and how to safely perform respiratory procedures.- Deliver O2 concentrators, nebulizers, cylinders and include supplies.- Describe medical equipment to patients and accurately explain details and care of equipment.- Compose written reports of data collect from patient evaluation and present to department chief for thorough analysis of patient diagnosis.

- Updating records and any necessary paperwork- Ensuring information is easily accessible for team members- Maintaining an inventory and ordering replacement supplies when needed- Familiarity with lab equipment- Attention to detail for carrying out analyses, tests, and instructions- Collect blood or tissue samples from patients and ECGs.- Label and prepare samples for testing.- Schedule patients, emailing and answering phone calls accordingly.- Assisting the patients into treatment room and reporting to physicians to provide ultimate care.
