"ChildPlus Software: The original and most widely-used Head Start data management system with over 35 years of experience providing software, service, and support."After 20 years of experience working for Head Start/Early Head Start Agencies, and training staff on the ChildPlus Software, I accepted the position in the Training Department of ChildPlus as an Instructor. As a ChildPlus Lead Instructor, I am certified to train on all features available in ChildPlus. I travel throughout the United States, and I also conduct online training sessions teaching Head Start/Early Head Start staff how to use the software.

Using 20 years of training on the ChildPlus Software experience working with Family Resource Agency/TN HS, Chattanooga Head Start, and as an independent ChildPlus Consultant, I am training agencies throughout the U.S., that use the ChildPlus Software.

Seasonal work on an as needed basis. Edited school photos in preparation for printing packages ordered, and verified the accuracy of orders prior to shipping to the school.

I was responsible for ensuring our program stays in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards in regards to Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance in the Family Services service area. I also create procedures, training manuals and train staff on the ChildPlus software used to track all service area data for our program.I was the chairperson for the Southeast ChildPlus Users Group. This is a group of Head Start/Early Head Start programs throughout the Southeast that use ChildPlus. During my years working in Head Start the group met two to three times each year to enhance their programs use of the ChildPlus Software. Working with the staff of ChildPlus Software in Atlanta, GA. I started the Region IV ChildPlus Users Group, and was the facilitator/leader of the group until I became an employee of ChildPlus Software in January of 2016 .
