Responsible for corporate operations including strategic and financial decision making, project estimating and bidding, negotiation and execution of all contracts, overall management of all current and future projects, and corporate marketing and sales. Responsible for all aspects of clients' projects, including the performance of corporate assessments for clients, the results of which are presented to the Executive Staff for input into their strategic decision-making process. Responsible for the coordination and fulfillment of each clients' project, including goal identification, preparation and monitoring of the project schedule, customization of materials and tools, identification of an internal champion, etc. to kick off a client's project through to successful project completion that is on time and under budget.DQP's Capabilities include, Program/Project Management, Strategy Development and Implementation, Organizational/Performance Excellence, Development/ Implementation/ Maintenance of Operational Systems/Process Improvements, Performance of Gap Analyses to determine Current/ Future State with Recommendations to Bridge Shortfalls, Establishment of Document Management Systems/ Procedures, Quality Management Systems Development/ Implementation/ Maintenance, Workflow Development/ Implementation/ Maintenance, Current State Analysis, Determine Appropriate Alternative Project Delivery Methods/Recommendations, and Training Development/ Delivery.

DQP has been assigned as the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to provide oversight to 16 FTA capital improvement projects 15 years. In this role, DQP has reviewed the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of various agencies’ Quality Management Plans using the FTA’s Quality Management System (QMS) Guidelines. The results of the PMOC QA/QC Assessments provide the FTA with the level of confidence needed to approve federal grants in the $100+ million to $1+ billion range. DQP is currently assigned to oversee the Quality Programs on projects throughout the United States with a $6+ billion project budget.

DQP is responsible to support the DEN Great Hall construction QC effort by identifying issues and trends and communicating critical information to the Contractor, Hensel Phelps. In addition, this position is also responsible to assist the Hensel Phelps’ team in taking project progress photographs; recording the tile installation on Level 5; and working with the Office Engineers and the DEN team on various support tasks.

DQP fulfilled a 12 year contract to provide Internal Auditing and Training for the RTD – FasTracks Program. DQP was responsible for the development, implementation, management and improvement of the Program-level Internal Quality Audit Program. DQP’s auditor performed over 65 audits throughout the various light rail corridors, redevelopment of Denver Union Station, and RTD’s Construction Manual on this cutting edge multi-modal transit project. The results of the Internal Audit findings resulted in over $100+ million in cost savings and nearly 100 improvements being made throughout the construction of this program.Completed audits on the following processes: NEPA, Utility Coordination, Right of Way, Environmental Mitigations, Design Reviews, Design Control (including Internal Design), Construction Verification Inspections, Construction Procedures, Construction Oversight, Project Controls, Schedule Management, Document Control, Contract Change Control, Contract Management, Quality Management Oversight, Public Information, Intergovernmental Agreements, System Safety, Owner’s Verification Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance/Final Inspection Closeout, performed Assessments to prepare RTD-FasTracks for ISO registration, performed Assessments to help finalize the RTD – FasTracks’ Colorado Performance Excellence application.
