The HRIS Specialist role provides key support to the Three business. Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to support the effective use of HR Systems by 1400 Three colleagues in Ireland. Further responsibilities: Subject matter expert in system development and process implementation for HR. Contribute to HR Systems Testing such as development of test scripts, test plans and overall project management methodology. Owns change projects through a project management approach resulting in clear mapping and training materials for Managers and Teams. Closely partner with internal I.T. teams to identify and create automation for existing processes. Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure that all user and system issues are identified and resolved within SLA timelines. Troubleshoot and collaborate to resolve complex functional and technical issues including security requests, user access and resolution of system functionality issues. Support reporting requirements for HR through proactive audits and data integrity across the Three HR Systems. Monitor daily and weekly system integrations, ensuring all errors are resolved in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal Data Teams to create and maintain HR Dashboards.

Shannon Heritage is one of Ireland's largest visitor experience operators, including 3 Day Visitor attractions and 4 Evening Entertainment programmes in Clare and Galway. The role of HRIS was responsible for supporting the group's business requirements by building and executing effective HRIS strategies across the Shannon Heritage business and tourist attractions. Specific duties included: Collaborating with IT, Operations and Executive Leadership Teams to ensure alignment of all HRIS updates and HR projects. Review HR activity to implement process improvements and automation practices, where applicable to gain efficiencies for teams. Build and report on people analytics through data, focusing on data integrity and application. Manage relationships between Shannon Heritage and third-party HR system vendors. Provide change management support by delivering training and development of materials for HR System processes such as T&A, Payroll and HR systems. (i.e., SOP’s, Training manuals, project documentation). Project manages all T&A system upgrades and releases end to end.

daa Shared Services Centre, Shannon Airport and Castletroy Limerick. daa's principal activities include the operation and management of Dublin and Cork airports and global airport retailing through their subsidiary ARI. The company is State-owned and headquartered at Dublin Airport. My role daa included HRIS support and direction to HR, Payroll and People Leaders in the shared services environment. Specific duties included: Full ownership and end-to-end management of the daa Time & Attendance system (Clockwise by Softworks) for approx. 3500 employees of Dublin & Cork Airports and Aer Rianta International. Fully responsible for the delivery of timely and regular reporting dashboards including data such as annual leave, absenteeism and working time directive reports. Applied continuous improvements and automation to improve system requirements for daa. Successfully managed system set-up of any new upgrades received and UAT (user acceptance testing) on such upgrades. Managed employee/system queries through in-house ticketing system. Developed and maintained strong customer and cross functional relationships through expertise, knowledge sharing and executing best in class HRIS processes for the daa business. Liaised with IT and third-party HR vendors to implement any system changes and/or improvements. Provided training on both one to one, group and virtual platforms for all level of users.
