Trish has a 25+ year extensive legal background with experience in the fields of admiralty, antitrust, appellate, arbitration and mediation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, business development, civil rights, complex commercial litigation, construction, consumer protection, contracts, corporate management, criminal, employment, entertainment, environmental and land use, family law, foreclosure, general liability, guardianship, human rights, immigration, intellectual property and entertainment, landlord-tenant, law office management, litigation, maritime, marketing, medical malpractice, patent, personal injury, probate, professional negligence, real estate, records management, trials, veteran appeals, wills, trusts and estates, and workers' compensation. Trish is also the Executive Director of Roth Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to assist the survivors of abuse of any kind. She is very passionate about helping people through the healing process and to an abundant life ahead.
